Refund Policy

Galaxy does have a NO REFUND policy. If an emergency should arise and you should have to cancel your service call us as soon as possible. If Galaxy is able to rebook that vehicle for that date, client will receive a gift certificate for use in the future. If Galaxy is not able to rebook the vehicle you would need to use the vehicle on the reserved date or forfeit all monies paid.
